Key features of 2D fence panels.
The 2D panels are simple, minimalist in form. They are made of horizontal and vertical steel bars, spot-welded. Their characteristic feature is the absence of the ribbing (V-shaped reinforcements) found in 3D panels. The double horizontal wires significantly increase resistance to attempts at forcing, impact or bending. As a result, 2D panels are a popular choice for securing areas requiring a higher level of protection such as schools, kindergartens, sports grounds, playgrounds, airports and commercial buildings.

Materials and corrosion protection.
We manufacture 2D fence panels from high-quality low-carbon steel and protect their surface in two stages.
1. Hot dip galvanizing in the company's own galvanising plant - corrosion protection for steel for up to 15 years
- Zinc applied by fireproofing (immersion of the component in molten zinc at 450-460°C).
- Application of the zinc coating evenly even in hard-to-reach areas (bends, grooves).
- Average thickness of the protective coating: 50 - 70 μm.
2. Powder coating in the company's own paint shop - provides a long-lasting colour and an additional layer of protection
- Powder paint applied by electrostatic spraying.
- Oven curing at 200°C.
- Creation of a paint film that is resistant to corrosion, chemicals, heat and mechanical damage.

2D panels have a simple, flat design and are more robust due to thicker wires and reinforcements. 3D panels are lighter, less expensive and have distinctive V-shaped embossing.
Standard 2D panels have an openwork form, so they do not protect from the view of passers-by. However, cover mats, composite panels or planting can be used to increase privacy.
